The Story

The Problem When Laser Photonics went public in late 2022, the company faced a critical disconnect. Despite innovative technology, there was zero marketing infrastructure, an outdated "80s-era" visual identity, and next to no sales collateral. Compounding the challenge, products were made-to-order, meaning we had no physical inventory to photograph for marketing assets.

The Solution Partnering with the Director of Marketing, I built a multidisciplinary department from scratch, scaling a team of 25+ designers, 3D artists, animators, and developers. To solve the lack of photography, we pivoted to a "digital-first" reality—creating a massive library of photorealistic 3D models and immersive AR/VR virtual manufacturing facilities to showcase the equipment.

We overhauled the brand identity for LPC and its subsidiaries (including Fonon Technologies), developed over 100 automated SOPs to streamline production, and redesigned everything from the website to the physical shipping crates. These efforts powered major capital raises and marketing campaigns that helped drive the stock price from $0.92 to nearly $20.
